The raw material is purchased from Western steel suppliers who can guarantee its alloy.
The steel alloy used in the production is fully documented so that there is 100% traceability.
The factory is alone responsible for all processes such as tempering and surface treatment, not to mention hot dip galvanisation, one of Dokka Fasteners’ areas of expertise.
Dokka’s ISO 9001 certified production routines include random sample inspections following each sub process.
All of Dokka Fasteners’ hexagonal bolts are Tüv-certified, which means that they meet special demands needed for use in steel constructions.
The final inspection of product tension, temper, surface, etc. is standard. All results are registered in certificates.
Select materials, verifiable production processes and full traceability are key words for our products.
